S45 Review

  A remarkable season it was. Probably the best in the history of the team. The management wanted to target a certain number of tours and classics. The other races in between were mainly ridden on practise / free role to keep TS high, and to avoid injuries as much as possible
  
  
  Main targets of the team were:
  1. Edmonton Red Deer Tour GC WON
  2. Tour of Hawaii WON
  3. Grasse-Toulon WON
  4. Helsinki GP mini Missed sign up (ranked too high)
  5. Nederlandse Tour GC WON
  6. Get the Tour contender GOLD achievement Achieved
  7. Get the High roller achievement Achieved
  8. Get the Sinki Achievement Not achieved
  
  
  Sub targets of the team were:
  9. Norway Tour Missed sign up (ranked too high)
  10. Perm Tour Missed sign up (ranked too high)
  11. Cymru Taith Missed sign up (ranked too low)
  12. Vuelta a Valparaíso YC 3rd in YC, 2nd SC, 7th GC
  
  
  As a side effect:
  - 8th in the OCM team rank with 2.760 points, while not really trying to score as many points as possible. Not saying this team can compete for the top rank; that's an entirely different game. Perhaps for later
  
  - Complete Sprinting Quest #1: Win all the sprinting GC's
  
  
  P.S. Nick, thanks for the introduction of achievements. It adds really an extra dimension to the game. Achievements which are not reflected in points or jerseys/trophies are not going unnoticed anymore

  @Nooky: To answer your question. No, that went down as expected. Valparaíso was hard. There were many contenders for the YC. Your rider was in TF, my rider was not. Your rider had a great fit with the profile of the most important stages. Valuenzala was my favourite for YC from the beginning.
